Today's Journey

I come in the office at 07.30 a.m. , I take my breakfast then do my job to translate some document and make a resume from newspaper and type it then reported. Today my boss have a schedule to go to health departement to discuss something, but it was canceled because he has a lot of work. I just do whatever he told to me and do it the best.

today there is a pleasant thing, we (all employees) joking and laughing together and it's wonderful thing that I ever have since I work here.

The service contract is also already done and I have signed it. I should pass the training process for 30 days and at that time I should have to work hard.

Inexperienced Secretary

I have been here since yesterday, and I have hired here as secretary country director, but...... I dont have any experience to support my job. Acctually, I have a working experience but I dont have experience to be a secretary, and my educational background is accounting not secretary, but now I tried to be a secretary in Economic Development Cooperation Fund of Korea Exim Bank, hmmm........... it was a bit complicated.

On the first day I worked, I've learn so many things that I never know before and never do that job before, I passed the first day and I'll do it??!!

but now, at the second day........
I don't know, I feel like stupid girl who didn't know everything, I lost a little spirit. My boss asked me to withdraw his money and transfer it into some account, I getting confused, what should I do?? I never touch the copy machine before, and I never touch the faximile machine before and I don't have an experience to use that machines, but my boss asked me to copy something and fax some document hmm.... I try and try again to do that job and although with some difficulty, I finally did it. that's my first job on the second day, and when it finished..... the second job come, I should make a resume of economy news, that's my routine job and I'll do it as ussual.

owh guys....???!!!! did you know the third job that I have to do???
My boss asked me to open company sites and copy the address, but I misunderstand what he's told me hmmm......
